Description of Event: Fun for the whole family. Come see how maple syrup is produced the old fashioned way. Join Jamie and Beth Wilson at their home in Kitchener, who every spring tap the maple trees on their property, and boil down the sap the old fashioned way over a wood burning fire. Will serve hot chocolate and some sort of maple themed treat. Outdoor event, so dress for the weather.
Date is weather dependent and may change (get pushed into March) depending on whether the sap is running in February.
